Here is a teaset with forget-me-nots in the meridian shape. I got it complete and boxed, it must be more than 40 years old. This particular motif is called Blue Garland.

This is the older version, with the rims on the outside. Later versions show the the teapot in the same shape as the Botanic Garden teapot.
